Who's behind Password Robot?
About Illmatic
I'm Carlos Foster, the founder and president of Illmatic, a small web application development shop based in New York City. I started the company in 1998 with our first product, Illmatic's CGI Password Script, a simple program that helped webmasters manage their members. In 2000, we launched a popular, automated password protection system called Password Administrator. 2004 saw the release of Password Robot, our most powerful password protection application.
The all-new Robot
Today we're proud to offer Password Robot 3, an all-new version that combines the best of Password Adminstrator and the original Password Robot. Our chief aim with Password Robot 3 is to not only make protecting your website and managing your members easier, but to also take the pain out of managing password software itself. We focused on making Password Robot 3 easy to install, easy to use, and—just as important—easy to backup, move, and re-install should you ever need to.
