Manage Accounts

Add, view, and manage your accounts here. Looking for members with "gmail" in their email address? No problem; you can search your accounts from here too.

View Accounts

Whenever you view, manage, or search accounts from the Manage Accounts page (above), the results show up here. You can activate, edit, delete, deactivate, and renew accounts with ease.

Edit Account

Here, you can update your members' account details. You can even move their account to a different group if you like. Any custom fields you've created on the Edit Settings page (below) show up on the right side of the page.

Manage Directories

Password Robot makes password protecting directories as simple as one click. Unprotecting a folder is just as simple: just one click.

Email Members

Greet your members by name — Send them personalized email messages even when you email them all at the same time. Password Robot lets you email members based on their account status — Offer members with expired accounts a discount for signing up again.

Edit Templates

Here you can edit all the internal pages and automated emails your members see. Password Robot lets you personalize your automated messages; when a new member joins, you can greet them by name, send them their username and password, and let them know when their account expires.

Edit Settings

You can update your admin account and let Password Robot know when it should email you and your members here. It includes 15 custom fields you can use to collect more information from your members. Just give a field a title here when you're ready to use it.
